Since January 2020 we have worked alongside YPF. This has been through daily phone/email contact, attendance at multi-agency meetings involving the student, and planning for the future. YPF have shown a consistent and adaptable approach to supporting the needs of the student and supporting Rossendale Sixth Form in all aspects.

YPF should be commended for their excellent practice and client-led service. I would have no hesitation in working with YPF again in the future.

As a Sixth Form we deal with many different agencies on a daily basis. One of the main requirements for us is to find providers who put the needs of our students first, who are flexible and amenable and who are proactive in exacting positive change. In our experience of YPF, we have seen this in abundance. The communication and motivation to provide the best possible outcome for our student has been excellent and is much appreciated. It makes all the difference when we come across a provider and a team who is willing to work with us so closely in a positive and friendly manner.

YPF provide assisted living for one our students. The team around the student have made a huge impression in a short period of time and provided positive role models, to the point where the student has been able to quickly settle in the home environment. They have provided a reliable, consistent and supportive package around the student and we have encountered a high-level of communication throughout the placement thus far. YPF’s contribution to meetings has been insightful and they have always been supporting of Rossendale Sixth Form and the other agencies involved with the student and eager to assist in any way they can to exact positive change. The most pleasing aspect of YPF’s performance in my opinion is that they are receptive to the help and guidance we as a Sixth Form have offered and adapted their provision accordingly to provide the best possible experience for the student.
